No prior IT experience is required. Our Scrum Master course is designed for freshers, graduates, career-gap candidates and non-IT professionals. We start from Agile fundamentals and build methodically to interview-ready practical skills. If you have never heard of Scrum before, that is a perfectly fine starting point. We have placed students from teaching, banking, retail and hospitality backgrounds into Scrum Master roles after this program.

PMAISM offers both online live instructor-led sessions and classroom training in Hyderabad. Online students join live sessions via video conferencing with the same interactive exercises, role-plays and feedback as classroom students. You can choose the format that suits your schedule. The Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance is a 2-day exam-based credential that tests theoretical knowledge of the Scrum Guide. It is valuable to have on a resume, but it does not prepare you for a Scrum Master job interview or for the realities of the role. PMAISM coaching is interview and role-focused: you practice leading ceremonies, handling difficult team dynamics, managing stakeholders and answering the exact questions interviewers ask. Many of our students pursue CSM after finishing our program and find the exam straightforward because they already have deep practical understanding. If you want a certificate to display, do the CSM. If you want a Scrum Master job, do the PMAISM course first.
